He was born in Florence and lives and works in Padua.
He began photographing and black and white printing at the Studio of the photographer Grassi in 1945.
He is an international master in the story report: Street Photography is one of his most famous and remarkable publications.
He also devotes himself to industrial and cinema set photography.
